The much anticipated high voltage clash – India vs Pakistan is set to be on June 9 at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.
India opened their campaign in the T20 World Cup 2024 with a comfortable win against Ireland while Pakistan faced a humiliating defeat in its first match against USA. The Group A of T20 World Cup 2024 comprises of five teams – India, Pakistan, USA, Ireland and Canada.
On June 5, first group stage match featured India and Ireland where Ireland lost to India by 8 wickets. And on June 6, Pakistan lost to USA by 5 runs in the Super over in the second game of Group A.
Now in their second Group A game , the arch-rivals India and Pakistan will be facing each other.
Amidst excitement about the epic clash, speculations about the rain in New York may dampen the much-awaited spectacle, likely to be affected by thunderstorms.
