The video went viral, fans and celebrities applauding the down to earth gesture of the superstar.
Continuing the show, Akash remarked, “Oh, what a man! Legend! He did not even realize that he walked into the show. He was very apologetic, but I said, ‘You made our day. You are the showstopper.”
Later Suresh Raina also posted number of pictures from the incident on X, captioned,“It was wonderful catching up with the always humble @iamsrk today. Despite his superstar status, he maintains his down-to-earth demeanor, showcasing humility in every interaction. Congratulations to KKR for making it to the finals! #KKR”
