Heavyweight legend Mike Tyson is set for a return after nearly 20 years as he will face YouTuber Jake Paul. Tyson has a record of 50-6 consisting of 16 title fights. On the other hand “The Problem Child” has a record of 9-1 with his sole defeat coming against Tommy Fury.
However, the fight was put in doubt recently when Tyson fell ill during his flight from Miami to Los Angels. The 58-year-old suffered ulcer flare and became dizzy and nauseous 30 minutes before landing.
However, there have been some positives as Tyson is reportedly ‘doing great’ and will be fit for July’s fight according to one of his representatives.
The fight is set for eight “two minute rounds” rather than usual three minute rounds. It will be interesting to see how much does the 58-year-old legend still has left in his tank after hanging up his gloves almost two decades earlier.
In the earlier rounds “Baddest Man on the Planet” will be looking to make short work of Paul as he will be well aware that longer the fight goes, Paul is more likely to be favorite given his age.
